Filtering Data

Data displayed in the Multitenant and Customer portal interfaces can be filtered to display only the relevant information according to different operands.

For example, the filter below illustrates an example filter for Department object equal to 'R&D'.

The following example searches the users who do not have a Line URI assigned by selecting the 'Has no value' option from the drop-down.

The example below filters those users who do not have Enterprise Voice Enabled 'false'.

Filter	Description
Is equal to	Specify the exact search string value.
Is not equal to	Specify value to ignore in search.
Starts with	Specify characters to search at the start of the search string.
Contains	Specify characters included in the search string.
Does not contain	Specify characters not included in the search string.
Ends with	Specify characters at the end of the search string.
Is null	Specify search string that is null.
Is not null	Specify search string that is not null.
Is empty	Specify empty search string.
Is not empty	Specify search string that is not empty.
Has no value	Specify search string that does not have a value.
Has value	Specify a string containing a value.
	Clears the filter criteria and returns to the Users page default view.
	Executes the specified search criteria.
